A gas inbuilt cooktop uses natural gas or propane gas to heat the cooking surface. Gas cooktops can be 30 cm with a single burner with larger units being 60, 75 , 90 or 120 cm version with 4 or more burners. Some cooktops have bigger multi type wok burners and some have longer fish burners or teppanyaki plates. They are considered to be more powerful and precise for cooking than electric cooktops
