All goods dispatched by getstuff.com.au cbsbuildingsupply.com.au , cbsbuildingsupply.com are dispatched under the following terms.
Once the goods are in the possession of the carrier the goods are at your liability. We offer the option of insurance and it is your decision to either insure the goods or not.
All product will be dispatched within 3 days, (urgent deliveries can be handled on request ). Should there be any delays due to "Out of Stock" or any other reason the purchaser will be informed by email &/or telephone of the delay, a expected shipping date will be provided and the purchaser will have the option of waiting or cancelling the order, if the order is cancelled then a full refund will be processed within 1 working day.
Any delivery times indicated on this Website are indicative only. The Site Owners will not be liable for any failure of goods to be delivered within the specified time. Deliveries can generally be tracked on the Carriers website or through the carriers Customer Service Department, please ensure you quote your consignment number which will be provided to you at the time of dispatch.
Baths and Hotwater systems will NOT be Shipped outside of Sydney Metropolitan Area, Unless specifically authorised by the site owners. All orders for baths and hotwater systems that are placed outside of the Sydney Metropolitan Area will be refunded upon notification.
We will not be held accountable for goods delivered using the instructions provided by the customer via the "Order Comments" feature.
Any information provided by you is protected from public access and will not be provided to any other third party.
We record and keep information related to orders, billing & delivery as well as other information you provide voluntarily in your dealings with us.
Information related to your shopping transactions to do with credit cards is not stored on this website in any format. This information is securely stored at the banking partners location and is not accessible by this organization.
Any user of this website is at any time entitled to request, from the company details of any information held by the company in relation to the Inquirer. We undertake to provide this answer at the earliest possible time to the Inquirer but no longer than seven days.
Any regular visitor (registered user) can, at any time, resign their registration and at the same time request by E-mail that they be removed from any future mailing lists or other types of communication.
Any alteration or changes to this policy will be posted in newsletters and in bulletins on this site at least 30 days before implementation. The user will have the options, as indicated above, to opt out before any changes are implemented.

Before any goods are returned to cbsbuildingsupply.com.au , cbsbuildingsupply.com, getstuff.com.au by the client, details of any goods to be returned are to be advised to cbsbuildingsupply.com.au , cbsbuildingsupply.com getstuff.com.au along with the original invoice number.
You are also required to provide a reason for the return of the goods ordered, some product being returned may incur a manufacturers/suppliers return fee (possibly up to 20%). Getstuff.com.au cbsbuildingsupply.com.au , cbsbuildingsupply.com will then provide a goods returned number (GRN) to allow the goods to be returned.
Goods that have been opened cannot be returned, unless faulty (See Damaged or Faulty goods). Please ensure you choose carefully as if you change your mind the goods may not be accepted for return
Any goods, which have been specially ordered, or manufactured to specific requirement, will not be accepted for return, as they are considered SPECIAL orders.
The original delivery fee to you the client will not be refunded.
Freight for return of goods will be at the customers account.
No goods will be accepted for return under any circumstances unless there is a valid Goods Return Number quoted.
STRICLY NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.
If goods arrive damaged the Freight Documents (Cartage Note) should be marked damaged. Getstuff.com.au cbsbuildingsupply.com.au, cbsbuildingsupply.com must be notified within 24 hours of the damage. If the goods have been insured cbsbuildingsupply.com.au, cbsbuildingsupply.com &/or getstuff.com.au will assist with the insurance claim.
If goods have not been insured, we regret that the purchaser accepts the risk.
All claims for damage will incur an excess. The excess is $200, as of 1st October 2008. The excess may be varied by the insurance underwriter. Maximum claim at any one conveyance and/or location is $50,000.00
If the goods arrive "dead on arrival", that is, the goods do not function, then the claim must be made to cbsbuildingsupply.com.au , cbsbuildingsupply.com or getstuff.com.au within 24 hours. Getstuff.com.au will then at its option do one of the following;
1.Replace the goods, at no cost to you (original shipment must returned).
2.Organise for a warranty repair.
All Products sold by cbsbuildingsupply.com.au , cbsbuildingsupply.com getstuff.com.au are covered by manufacturers warranties.
Many warranties are for “in house” service but some smaller products are covered by Manufacturers “Return to Manufacturer warranty. Return to manufacturer means that the client must locate an authorized dealer to warrant the product.
You the purchaser have access to National suppliers / Manufacturers who supply goods to the Site Owners to provide you with warranty and will not be limited to reseller, this will provide you with a higher level of confidence with your purchase.
The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the goods purchased from this Website have been selected by the purchaser from the range of products displayed, in accordance with the purchasers stated requirements. The Site Owners in no way imply that any product displayed on the website is specifically fit for a specific purpose.
It is at Site Owners discretion as to whether an order placed over the Website is accepted or not. The Site Owners are under no obligation to process all orders placed via the Website. All orders placed on the Website are an offer to purchase the specified goods at the shown price at the time the order was placed. An order, once placed by you over the Website and confirmed as accepted by the Site Owners is an agreement to purchase an constitutes a legal contract binding on both parties. The order cannot be withdrawn or amended unless expressly agreed to by Site Owners. There will be a minimum $20 fee (depending on the total value of the order) to withdraw or amend an order on the website. Orders cancelled or changed due to non availability of stock will not incur a fee.
Back orders will only be held for a period of 1 month from the date of placement.
Should a product be listed at $0.00 you MUST request a check of the detail from the website owners. These products are often superseeded items which have been retained on the website for consumer information only.
